How do I get started?
After signing onto the Initiative, here’s what you can expect:
Discovery
An ambassador from the Mobile Optimization Initiative will work with you (and your existing Magento SI agency) to learn about your business and start you off on the right path to success.
If you do not have a Magento SI agency, the MOI ambassador will introduce you a certified Magento Partner.
Step 1
A small snippet of code will be added to your website to monitor traffic, path and conversions for 2 to 4 weeks.

Review of the data gathered in Step 1. We will compare your site performance against the rest of the community to see where opportunities exist.
Step 3
Based on the analysis in Step 2, we will provide recommendations about MOI experiments that could be most impactful for your business.
Step 4
Work with your SI to implement initial experiments on your site.
Step 5
Work with your SI to optimize areas of your site that show potential.
Step 6
Sit back and watch your conversion rates and revenue per visitor grow!
Step 7
Choose to extend your participation beyond the 60-day trial so you can continue to test, optimize, and adapt to ever-changing buyer behavior.
